First off let me be clear. I am not a health expert nor a fitness or nutrition specialist. I was just a guy who was looking for ways to gain muscle. My problem was not being overweight. On the contrary I was way to skinny. I got tired of watching some of my friends achieve their goals physically, while I always stayed thin. If you want know how to lose stomach fat this blog applies to you as well! Lets face it exercise is not a very desirable thing for most of us whom are out of shape. Oh and who likes the idea of eating nothing but fruits and veggies for the rest of your life to control you calorie intake? I have tried alot of differnt methods and got very limited results. I have gone out of my way looking to change my physique is some postive manner. Wether you are looking to lose stomach fat or gain some muscle or turn your fat into muscle there are some things you can start doing right now.

I won't lie to you and tell you there is no work involved! Anybody who promises you that, is really blowing smoke. I can say simple dietary changes and some unique exercises can make the difference. I want you to make a covenant with yourself. Nobody but you can do this. Love yourself enough to initiate change. Don't give up and be willing for a little bit of uncomfortability. There is no secret pill, potion, or device that can do this. It has to come from you. I have made some positive changes and so have many of my friends and family and so can you. I don't even know you but believe me with some dedication and willingness 2010 can be the best year for you in a long time. Having a body that is in shape changes not just your physical appearance but makes you feel better in so many different aspects of your life.
